I believe in dressing your home to match the homeowner but sometimes homeowners need a little accessorizing, and by that I mean jewelry. I don't believe that every piece of jewellery you own needs to be a statement piece, in fact I'm strong believer in the power of a pair of pearl studs. That said every woman needs a few statement pieces. I find a statement necklace particularly imperative.
Think bang for your buck, keep things simple by wearing your statement necklace with a crisp white shirt or simple white t-shirt they will really make it pop.
Keep in mind that the words "statement piece" does not need to evoke financial fear. All it needs to mean is that the piece is unique and looks fabulous on you!
