Every week I look forward to the House & Home videos that land in my inbox, this week was no different. Mind you the description of a prefabricated luxury home had me guessing.
The home featured is built in an urban Toronto neighbourhood, created by Nexterra. With soaring ceilings, oversized windows and floating staircases it is nothing short of a modern dream. I was amazed at the sheer size of the 3000 square foot home. Who knew that a prefab home could be that big? From a design stand point they checked every box, from an environmental standard they went above and beyond!
If you read my blog you know I am interested in unique homes with minimal environmental impact. The dilemma is that these homes are rarely chic. House & Home Magazine proved that prefabricated home, environmentally friendly and stylish can go together.
Talk about thinking outside the box!
